Companies are attached to environments so they can be added to projects. N3 will carry out checks on the company for you to help analyse any risk factors for the project.

Adding a company

Once you are inside an Environment, you can add a company by clicking the create button at the top of the company list view.
We use companies house to identify the company either by company number or registered name.
After searching you will see a collection of companies based on the search query to choose from and add into the environment. If you can still not see the correct company, please try using the registered name or full company number to improve the search.
If the company is not on companies house then they will not be able to be added into the system.

Removing Companies

To maintain data integrity we do not “hard delete” data in the platform, but we can hide the company and mark it as “deleted” so it does not appear in any selection boxes. If you wish to remove a company please contact support@n-3.co.uk and request the change.
